RE: New to Bowhunting..got a few questions

I stopped bowhunting in the late 80's when my work schedule got too demanding
I ALWAYS SAID THERE WILL BE TWO THINGS THAT I WILL LOSE IF I CANT GO BOW-HUNTING:
1-MY GIRLFRIEND
2-MY JOB

If those two got in my way they were gone, lmao..........i am so serious, its pathetic. Fortunatley that only happend once with my work when they wasnt going to let me take vacation because "they needed Me" when they seen me pack my gear and i was leaving to go bow hunting they changed there minds.

Thanks a bunch Slicendice.

You have already answered my next question, I am looking at a reflex grizzly packagewith the cam and a half. It is a little more than I want to pay but it is pretty much all set up. If you have a minute check it out and tell me what you think about the bow, sights, rest, arrows, broadheads and price. heres the link: http://www.huntersfriend.com/grizzly/grizzlypkg.htm

I had a martin as well, it was a good bow.

picking the equipment is the easiest part.learn to shoot accurately and to judge distances on all types of terrain.remember to watch your entry and exit angles and shoot to get the vitals.dont give up, it's possible that it could take several seasons to actually harvest an animal, but the rewards are very well worth it.patience will be rewarded.
