Wierd, Dog Eat Dog...

Last night, I was watching a show my kids like called Dog Eat Dog. The contestents usually do these physical things involving water. Anyway one test was a guy with a recurve bow against a woman with a compound bow. The were shooting at a ballon, probably about 10 to 15 feet away. Well the guy with the recure won, but what was interesting about the woman was she was shooting the compound bow with her feet, and standing on her hands. It was the wierdest thing. She only hit the ballon once.

I hope you're joking. Only once! Give me a million shots and I wouldn't hit a ballon doing that, not even if you put it a foot in front of the arrow. :D

This woman, hit the target every time but missed the ballon about 3 out of 4 shots. I was amazed that how well she held the bow between her big toe and the next toe. Also, how she drew it back, wow. But she could not use sights since her head was near her hands. But the head was facing the taget so imagine how arched her back was to accomplish this.

Also, the compound bow was much smaller in size, so she could hold it between her toes. It did look like she had some kind of stap on her foot holding the bow in place. But she used her bare toes to draw the bow and release.

This was not the host of the show but a woman who she called an expert Archer.

Interesting stuff.
