Champion Bows no longer..

I heard bout this on another archery site, and saw the pot, anyways i heard they went out of buisness because of a huge lawsuit. I searched but didnt get anything on this so I thought I would post it and see if anyone here knows what happened? I hope its not true because I really liked their bows, even though i never owned one I did shoot a few...
