I am stealing a thread topic from the deerhunting forum and posing the same question here. How many of you would not continue to hunt if you could shoot does only? Let's say for whatever reason that all you could shoot was does. Bucks were no longer legal and would not be legal for many years. Would you still hunt?

Yes I would. I would start hunting other types of game though. For me I am a whitetail freak year round.

No question! Absolutely!!! I have yet to shoot a really nice buck anyway. And you can't tell me that shooting a doe isn't any fun!

I'm not prejudice. If I had to shoot does only I could actually live with that.

SA.

Thats a silly question
Of course I would still hunt a doe tates better than a buck anyway.

Now if they said Pigs and Rabbits where no longer to be hunted then I would be a sad little boy[][:-]

Yes, but I would try to come up with some sort of "trophy" doe criteria and I would strive to take those does.

The unbelieveable challenge of consistently putting yourself on mature deer is what I love so much about hunting. It's an adventure that you must prepare for all year long.
