It's the best rest on the market for the purpose of hunting. It does what is required for hunting, better than any other. Second place isn't even close.

Last year elk hunting one of the guys had to cant his bow to the side, "Home Boy" style to get the shot off. The elk was about 12 yards and although the hit was a little off the mark the bull dropped about 30 yards from where he was hit.

Moral of the story. without the WB there would never have been elk meat! the arrow would never have stayed on the rest.

Just put one on my Patriot. I have no question this is a great hunting rest, and my accuracy has not suffered any. I have had some vane wear on 4 inch duravanes 6 degree helical. I think Ill switch to a stiffer vane, and keep the bisquit.

Sharkey, I've heard that this should be expected in the first few 100 arrows. Once you've worn a small grove for them in the WB you should be passing through with no damage. Because of this it's important to place your arrows in the same position every time when knocked.

Hey does anyone know what the difference is between the old inserts for the whisker buscuits and the new ones with the color differential?
