RE: bowtechs customer service

Whenever I call them I am put on hold and a technician is with me within minutes.Ijust called them about a week ago and I left a message and they called me right back(within .5 hours)coulden't believe the excellent service.
When I first received my first bowtech bow they would have someone available right away. Now that they are so popular and everyone is shooting bowtech they are alot busier, maybe they should hire on some more technicians:)

I have called and left a few messages at times, and it will take a day or so for them to call you back. If you keep calling you will get someone...

RE: bowtechs customer service

maybe he is busy, or on another call, or on vacation.

did you leave a message? did he return your call in a timely manner?

I hate getting stuck in voice mail too, but if the person returns my calls promptly i dont let it bother me too much.

Buy a Hoyt and you can spend more time shooting and less time on hold!!!!!;);)

B- boring
O- outdated
W- washed-up
T- trashy
E- excuse for a
C- compound,
H- HOYT wannabees!

Let the slamming begin!! just joking, Bowtech seems to be
a fine bow, and I've actually called Hoyt customer service a few times myself, mostly for technical info. However ,I will say I've always gotten right through on the phone.

I think Pat (Bowtech_Shooter) was away for the weekend @ a big IBO shoot and would have been rather busy.

Did you try calling the main office?

I usually call them and get put straight through to some one

NEVER have had a problem. I have talked to Bowtech several times and had always had timely responses. ALthough you will have situations like these. I imagine they are pretty busy right now. They are a fast growing company. I am not making excuses for them I was just placing my two cents. I would contact them again though if it has been beyond your timetable of reasonable expectations. They should come through for ya.;)

I left a message and they called back within the hour when I needed a replacement string. Their follow up was excellent, and they even called to confirm when they sent it out to me! They may be small but they're very responsive, just give them a chance.

I emailed them last week and they got back to me in about 12hrs. I was rather impressed.

When I had my 2 choice narrowed down to the outback and liberty I emailed bowtech with some questions I had. Three emails in 2 weeks and not one reply. Mathews got back to me with every email in 24 hours or less. Other people say they think mathews customer service stinks. Thats why you can't listen to the bashing on here because if a company is around long enough someone somewhere is going to get the short end of the stick from them.

The phone tech is very busy and if you don't get straight through to them, you'll need to leave a message so tbey can call you back when they get time. I even have to and I work for them...;)

If anyone on here has ever e-mailed me a tech question and not gotten a reply, it's more than likely a problem receiving them on your end because I reply to all of my e-mails within 24 hours and if I get a returned e-mail I will generally try 2 or sometimes 3 times before giving up on it. There have been a few times I've on the road and I don't have any cell phone reception to get online but not very otfen and I still usually get them answered with 48 hours. Heck, I even answered e-mails every day of the week a couple weeks ago after my mothers passing and also on the day of the funeral.

Also note, if you send an e-mail to more than one address at a time, you may not get a reply because one person thinks the other will reply.

BTW, Double Creek besides BowTech R&D I'm the only one on this board on the payroll...;):D

Regards, Pat

I just drove down from Toledo and bought a bow, no big whoop. I imagine your probably part of the dealer support team, so you might be interested to know. First I went to Ohio Valley Trader in Lancaster and I stood in front of the Bowtech's for twenty minutes looking at them, and no one came over to try and sell it to me so I left. Then I called Cook's in Monroe Michigan and they weren't rude but they were very short with me like I was interupting them. Finally I called Jason and he was really cool and had a good price so that's where I went.

I have had great service from Bowtech in the past. I was lucky & Pat (Bowtech Shooter) helped me out. Plenty of Bowtech guys hit this sight so they will be more than happy to help you.
