18-20 on average but it all depends on the area may sit on the ground if the cover is right.

I like 18-22, sometimes as high as 25 but that's about it. Sometimes I have to go with what I have and it may only be 15.

In our chain on's my dad and I are up about 22 feet. In my climber I've climbed as high as 27-28 feet probably. I like being high in the air. But on average my climber is about 25 I'd say.

The highest I have hunted from is a little over 20 feet. However I have climbed about 70 feet up with my climber. That was a little frightening.

The five stands we put up this summer are all between 24' and 32'. That 32' stand is up there. The view's fantastic.

The height takes some getting used to, but it's not difficult. It's amazing how secure you can feel with a sturdy lock-on with a nice sized platform and a full body safety harness...

No fear of heights, but most of the time I climb up aruond 12' to 15' and as much as 20'. Trees start getting a little thin past there to keep my climber level. but it depends on location and cover.

I try to stay around 15 to 17 feet high. I don't want to make the angle of shot too critical, and I don't want to be above second growth and brush canopy.

Hey Aussie guy.... besides that you'd be hunting illegally. If you got higher than 15 feet you would have crossed the STATE line and would need a non resident license. We ALL know there's no tree over 15 feet high in Texas.[8D][8D][8D] You must have crossed the line.[8D][8D][&:]
