Inserts I need help

I'm off the the pro shop and I'm going to get my hunting gear.:) I have the inserts I got with my Gold tip xt shafts. Are those inserts good or should I buy new ones?

Gold tip inserts are fine. It is the nocks that everyone dislikes.
