Doesn't your anchor change when you use different pins? I read and article by Randy Ulmer and he said that your anchor moves up and down when you change pin ranges.

I've heard that bit about how your anchor changes when you use different pins. I'm no Randy Ulmer, but I've won my share of tournaments and never noticed my anchor shifting around. In fact, in NFAA competition, unless you're shooting in barebow class -string walkers and face walkers- it's against the rules to vary your anchor!
Now, I shoot without a peep or sights. I won't claim to shoot instinctive though. I often do, but I've got a gap aiming system for the longer shots, 35 yards +.

I use the NO-PEEP and really like being able to see what i'm aiming at in low light conditions. For me it works much better than a peep sight.

If you center the whole gang in your peep your anchor will not move around. The sight picture is the same for every shot and you're raising or lowering your arm to get on target. The gang is ALWAYS centered.
