Stealth Cam help

I just bought a new stealth cam and I set it up at my property. When I go to check it, it reads its taking pics but nothing is one the film. I think I'm not installing the film correctly or something. Has this happpened to anyone else? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Paul

When you close the housing does the film count say 0 or E.
If the E is showing the film is not installed properly.

Use Kodak film. I had problems with Fuji. Don't know why though.
Good Luck

I have had good luck with 800 speed film, it is more sensitive to light and woks better at night.

E mean empty. You have to get the cut outs in the top and bottom of the film onto the wheel. Then it should read 0 when loaded correctly.

As someone else said, make sure to use Kodak film. I checked mine when I first got it and had 80 something events on it. When I went to open it and get the film, it never advanced so I didn't have any pics on it. I thought at the time I'd save some money by using the Fuji film. Never again and I have not had one single problem since.

The "E"/"0" thing is probably the culprit. I had the same thing happen once when I first started using mine. I went back and had 14 "triggers" but no pictures. Keep playing with the loading of the film until it registers "0".

I, for one, never had a problem using other films but resorted to using Kodak only after seeing the recommendation on some of the newer units on the shelves.
