i have a red pin, a green pin and a yellow pin. How bout everyone else?

I have an "old" Cobra Primus sight. Black pins w/ white beads. Works great on everything, except that stinkin' white mountain goat 3-D target.

Green fiber optic, it stays lightest the longest.

Trophy Ridge, green, red, green. But am going to switch to all green. Want the sight to be more like a scope with mil-dots.:D

does it matter what color the pins are??? and are they differnt colors to determin the differnt settings??

Not at all mate. I have 3 different coloured pins, 1 green, 2 yellow and 2 red. All the colours do is make it easier to see the tip if the pin especially fading light.

Were the pins are adjusted to determines what distance they are to be ased for, and you do this while practising and sighting it in.

At the moment I have green, red, green though I do tend to change them on occasion just to see which combination works better for me in the most situations.

i have green , yellow and red.........:) and it has a lil light above it to help me see...i have never used it though, dont know if it legal or not so i dont use it, i wouldnt shoot anything an hour before dark anyway, just not too keen on looking in the dark....not that i havent, i just prefer not too :)
