Limbsaver warranty!!!
I had a Limbsaver Enhancer 2000 that broke where the stud screwed into the module.Payed $50 bucks and had it just laying around for 6 months. Last Thursday i e-mailed there warranty department after reading a post on here. They told me to ship the damaged one to them,and they would send me a replacement. Well i got the new one today. Took only a week and they didnt even charge me for shipping. I'm only out the $1.75 it cost me to ship it.

Sims is top notch. I had a set of split limbsavers that cracked while I was installing them on a bow. After calling and speaking to a very nice receptionist I was satisfied that they would send me a replacement piece (at cost I assumed) in the next few days.
Well, three days went by and a box was waiting on my front doorstep when I got home from work. Not only did they ship it quickly. Not only did they send me the replacement piece for free but they also sent me another whole free set of split limbsavers designed specifically for the model bow I was using at the time. Now that is customer service! |

See? That's the kind of service good companies give you. A week to ten days should be the limit. Good job Simms.
