Double lungs, heart, or heart and double lungs?

I didnt think you could get both heart and double lungs. But in my opinion double lunged would be the best.

i agree a double lung will put the deer down faster, and i bet you see the deer fall 90% of the time!

How big of a kill zone do you have for a double lung shot?

If I could put it in the Heart everytime, that is where it would be. Shot a 9 point right through the heart last year, and it put him down quick....However nothing wrong with a double lung shot either.

Double Lung.

Figure it this way, a deer's vitals are roughly the size of a paper plate. In this area you have the lungs, heart, and liver if I'm not mistaken. This is just how I've always been told to judge it.

I will take any of them. At 20 yards i pin the heart. Past that i just go for the lungs.

I like the double lung, they usually fall within sight. Either one works fine though they all lead to a dead deer
