RE: Extreme Archery Sights?
I have one, I don't remember the pin size, but I believe its teh middle size you can get now.
The sight is VERY easy to adjust and is rock solid. The pins are not the brightest, but I
can see the "yellow" until I wouldn't shoot anyway. If you wanted them brighter you could put longer fibre in.

RE: Extreme Archery Sights?
I'm shooting an Extreme Sniper and absolutely love it. With the design of the sight, the pins are almost virtually encased inside and very well protected. The machining and paint and top notch and the this sight is very nice to adjust. They dovetailed all the slide adjustments so they track true with no play or slop. They also have a level adjustment to get the bubble level leveled up.
The other thing I like is the expansion capabilities. Scope lenses, a light for the pins, you can even order a dovetail mount if you don't like the fixed mount or vise versa.
About the only thing I didn't like was that they need to put an orange ring around the housing to line up the peep better. I fixed that with some flo orange vinyl though.
I very pleased with the sight, you can't go wrong.
