Default just saw this on the outdoor channel

I know this is bowhunting but i thought some on here would appreciate this

I was wathching Jim Zumbo on TOC he was hunting in wv my home state. He was squirell hunting with the director of the wvdnr and a couple other big wigs. The thing is they werent wearing any orange at all and that is a direct violation of WV game laws for firearm hunting, just thought that was humerous. Bet i couldnt get away wiht it.

I could be wrong but I think it is only required during deer season, or at least that is how I read my hunting regulations.

What I find interesting about some of these shows on the outdoor channel regarding the use of orange, is that many times not everybody participating in the hunt wears it. Why does the shooter wear orange, but the guide standing right beside him is wearing camo? Even if it wasn't a legal requirement, I can understand you may want to remain concealed, but I think it sends mixed signals to someone just getting interested in the sport. If you are promoting safety, have everybody wear it, or possibly say why they aren't???

You only need 400 sq inches of blaze orange during the firearms season, regardless of bow or firearms usage. I dont think you can even hunt small game during the general buck season.
