I realize metal can fail from tons of shooting, but what do you guys consider alot of shooting. I've never been to a 3d shoot, heard they're lots of fun though.
I shoot around 300 to 400 arrows a year, that may be stretching it a little. elknut1

I shoot 300-400 arrows a week. That's down quite a bit from when I was heavy into competition. Back then, it was around 250 arrows a day.

Hey elk atleast it may be comforting to know that it was probably equipment related problems , that led to your poor accuracy .

And you still can't hit nothing!!!!! (Just a little hunmor there)

Yeah I figured you guys shot a few more than I did.

I'm strictly a hunter and usually don't pull the bow out till the snow leaves here sometime in June. My biggest month for shootting to get back to form and making sure things are still tuned properly is August. I work much more on my calling abilities than my shooting. Now maybe I've got you there. I practice calling and fooling around with different techniques 350 days in a year, just ask my wife. elknut1

elkcrazy8,

Where did you find the replacement fins for your bo-doodle, does bodoodle offer them?

elknut1,

I never have been able to hit anything. . I also practice calling more than shooting, and also drive my wife nuts.

60 to 100 a day every day. My problem is I wear out the servings on my cable.
