JRW - Agreed. Somehow I got a feeling the meat from both animals would be similarly marbled, don't you ?? 
The deer MIGHT be an Arkansas pen raised whitetail. Unreal size on that bad boy. I swear I'd love to capture 10 wild fawn bucks form all parts of the state, throw them into a 200 acre pen and feed them pumped up food for 5 years just to see if every whitetail out there in perfect conditions can grow 250" racks ....
