That must be one heck of a bull, go ahead and shoot him next year so we can all see what kind of an elk makes a rub like that.

Now that's a big rub! I couldn't believe how many rubs we were seeing on our Montana trip back in 2002. Here's a link to a photo of one, I couldn't believe the height of the rub. I'm 6'1 and that tree was rubbed up to the top, nearly 10 feet.

My youngest brother in the photo is 6'1" also, the bull literally just stripped the bark off of this tree, I done alot of elk hunting and this is the largest rub I have ever seen!! This tree will definetly die from the frustration of this bull, Amazing...
