Winter game cam pics??
 

Has anybody been using their game cams since most of our seasons are over. I put my stealth cam out last weekend and plan on going to check it tonight before the storm hits. If I have any good pictures then I will post them later.

How about the rest of you folks.....have anything to share?

Can't say that I have. I hunt almost exclusively public land and I'd be afraid to leave anything out where it could be stolen.

Stolen? In our area Fritz? No...never....;)

Actually, it is about 5 or 6 miles from your house....:D.

One thing I have found is that the areas that I hunt in October, November, December are mysteriously devoid of almost all human presence once the deer hunting seasons are over. Case in point, I went to set my deer cam up last Sunday while there was still snow cover on the ground. There were quite a few deer tracks still prsent but I did not see one human print anywhere in the area.

Hopefully my cam is still there....;)

I have my buddies out right now. I had a roll of film developed last weekend with some does and small bucks. 1 coyote also. I need to go and check the roll that is out there now.

Yea, I guess it's pretty barren out there right now. It's sad when the only time I'd consider leaving my stand in the woods is off-season.

I need to get out and do something 'cause I'm starting to go nuts. Was thinking about some coyote hunting up by the base of Blue Mountain and 309 since I've just about stepped on dogs in there. Maybe I'll grab one of those cams myself at some point as well.

I've got a nice 8 or 10 pointer on film from December. I'll try to get it up on here this weekend. Theres even snow on the ground in the pic.
