release,nocks and arrow rests

I'm a beginner looking at the Cabellas archery catolog. All of the release's look the same to me.Could you please give me an idea of how you have your compounds set up?What release do you use? There are different nock loops also, what type do you use? Also from reading the board I notice a lot of you use the Muzzy Zero Effect Arrow Rest. How many use the Chuck Adams Super Slam Rest? Also the Trap Door Arrow Rest looks interesting.Any information will be helpful.Thankyou

Yep....go to a local pro shop and let them set you up. There are a lot of releases and most are built with good quality. Ive used cobra, scott, hha and now ive switched to a truball pro diamond. I like the feel of a t handle thumb pull release.
