RE: Bowfishing

I only bowfish saltwater with a recurve. We bowfish for Shark and Stingray in the Chincoteague,VA area, what a freakin blast that is. Been doing it off and on for about 15 years or so. My dad and a bunch of his buddies from work started doing it about 30 years ago. Nothing like shooting a Large Ray and Hanging on for dear life while he pulls the boat around. Or just trying to keep your balance while you chase one down. Always a great time!!!:D

In the spring I go to some lakes I know where the sucker fish are boiling.I usually get a few but it is not real easy as they are jumpy and if they see you or your shadow there gone.
