3 does and a 9 point. My season is not quite over, but I'm so busy at work it looks like I may not get to do any late season bowhunting this year:(

I shot a doe in October and my first bow buck, a 10 pt, in November. Also some a couple dandy bucks that offered no shot.

I shot a nice antelope, 14.5 inches, in September. Didn't connect on a deer this year.

Got one deer this year --my first ever.

He was a 7pt youngster that weighed 130 field dressed.
Took him at 15 yards while he was busy bullying a 6 pt.
PSE Beast, 55lbs draw, Carbon Express, 100g Thunderhead Pro.

Never saw a darned thing the one day I got to go shotgunning for deer.

I had a great year, saw 94 deer from my stands took 8 shots got 7 deer, 7pt, spike that had been shot in the leg, 1pt management buck, and 4 does all with my bow. Passed on 42 shots.
Only saw 14 bucks Largest being a 7pt, I hunted very hard almost every day, and every hour I could spare.

Also my hunting buddy Don got 3 deer 2 does and a 4pt. Spending time with friends doing what we live for I couldn't have asked for a better season.

I met some new people, spent time with old friends, and even hunted some different areas. So yes, I had a sucessful season--venison in the freezer not withstanding.

I had a successful hunting season. I tagged out in AR and Il (had to go back and hunt public ground to finish my Il tags but.... I tagged out nonetheless). Three decent bucks and 3 does (killed an extra doe with a doe permit). I killed all 6 with a bow and my goal before season was to tag out in AR and Il with a bow and I did that so all in all not a bad season:)

All that I could connect with was a 5x5 bull elk, the one in my signature.

In my oppinion I had a very good season. this is my third year deer hunting( I'm 44 Years old.) It is my first season with a bow. I guess I got a late strart in life. I managed to take a large boddied spike for my first bow kill, and I got a small doe with my shot gun.

3 does, a 130 class 9 point(all with a bow), missed some great oppurtunities at turkeys, 1 'yote at 47 yards, couple ducks, couple squirrells. All in all this was my best season ever even though i didnt get as much as i normally do. I spent a lot more time in the woods and went with some buddies, got two guys into bowhunting this year. By far this is my best season!

:D My son, Joe and me had great success this past season. I was shutout but that was by choice. I pass on many deer simply because I prefer to look for those few MONSTERS. Joe, took 3 deer this year. A buck and doe w/bow and another doe with shotgun. My pleasure was that all my year long scouting paid dividends. I know where to set Joe up for a good chance to make his hunts with me Game Getters. When we walk home empty handed it's ok also. We enjoy each other's company immensely.

2 good does and a 6-pt buck with the bow, a 210# 9-pt. and good doe with the muzzleloader, and 2 does with the .270, also passed on a lot of deer with the bow, waiting for something bigger, yes a successful season.
