Are we talking about one time trip or which species would we choose to hunt if thats the only animal we could ever hunt.

For a one time trip, I would probably do a caribou. If I could only hunt one species for the rest of my life that of course would be whitetail.

I also put in for the Maine Moose lottery every year. With odds of about 1 in 60,000 my chances aren't good but something about taking the largest of the deer family with stick and string compels me. Next in line would be elk.

TURKEYS ARE MY FAVORITE , WOULD LIKE TO TRY WITH MY BOW, BUT HAVE TO MUCH FUN SHOOTING THEM WITH A SHOTGUN, BUT BACK TO YOUR QUESTION.

It's a toss up elk in New Mexico or brown bear in Alaska or Jane Fonda anywhere? Thanks Dave that was funny

I should have been more specific. Any of the above hunts with a bow. I don't particularly care to shoot anything with a gun anymore. But I would like to have a friend ther with a gun on the brown bear hunt

I would love to elk hunt with my bow but when i lived in California wild boar is the biggest rush.

i would have 2 say elk or whitetail deer. probly deer tho if i had 2 choose just one animal.
