I was at the easter outdoor show this week and there was a stand for Grim Reaper broadheads. I bought a pack and I was just check to see if anyone has tried them or not. Thanks.

RE: Grim Reaper Broadheads?

I tested the old sytle heads last year, and they were a pretty good broadhead. Not realy better than the rest of the realy good mechanicals, but I would feel confident using them. If I understand correctly They are upgrading this year and are making their heads even stronger. If this is the case they may take a big step ahead of the "crowd". To be honest the old ones are very good, and the blades were sharp, somthing most mechanicals heads can't say.

I used the heads this year and for hunting they are a great head. Penatrated much better than my NAP Spitfires. The only thing with them is if you used them on a 3D target it will bend the furlow. The furlows are pretty weak and made of Aluminum. Me my dad and brother used them this year and took a total of 5 deer and the heads held up great only thing that happened was one lost one of the small blades on the tip. They will be on the end of my arrows next year that is for sure.
