I am from Van Wert Co. I do about all my hunting here in our co. Got my buck Nov. 17th and was hoping to do some bowhunting for a doe in another nearby co. during my Christmas break, but ended up with a real bad case of bronchitis the whole time. That put an end to the hunting.

You guys might check out the Ohiosportsman site if you haven't already. It's pretty cool. If you're not a member there, check it out. I don't want to post the link here as I don't know if that is cool with the rules and all. Just put Ohiosportsman into google and you will find it. I am known as CritterGitter on that site. Check it out!

There is an indoor 3D league starting Sunday at American Sportsman in Columbia Station. You don't have to sign up for the league. They allow people to shoot who aren't participating, if you're not able to be there every week. It's allot of fun and the people are, too. BTW, I think you can shoot at 10:30 AM or 2:00 PM.

Whitebread County has the highest deer density in the entire state. We have more Ohio Big Bucks than any other county also.

RE: ohio

Where are you talking about? There is no Whitebread County. Muskingum has the highest number of BBBC entries.

TheBuckeyeOutdoorsman 01-08-2004 09:00 AM

Howdy M.Magis. I was wondering the same thing as you....there is no whitebread county? Also, his location is listed as the Land of Oz? That's in Kansas right? lol

You've not heard of Whitebread, the 89th county in Ohio?[8D]

You guys are missing out on the finest hunting in the America. Not only that, we have the most beautiful women, the biggest bass, pike, and muskies, the most turkeys, the most loyal dogs, and the best sweet corn in Ohio. We have the finest blackberries in June every year, the biggest pumpkins in the fall, and by far the best county fairs; we can outrun, out argue, out spit anyone anywhere, and have better football teams; we have nearly no crime, the best spring weather, and the clearest coolest creeks to walk bearfoot in every summer. We warm farm ponds to skinny dip in, and fine rivers to catfish in, we have the prettiest sunset, and ...............................................wel l you get the idea.[&:]:D:D...I'm proud of Ohio just like you guys and just having some fun with you.

I've lived in the west, and been all around this fine country. Ohio has an awful lot to be proud of...especially in the area of hunting and fishing. We don't have to hang our heads around anyone.
