Persimmon Tree's,in the North ?
 
Guy's ,Does anyone know,if Persimmon Tree's,are cold hardy enough,to survive up North? Ide like to try planting some,but dont want to order seedlings,and waste my money. Thank's

I grew up in New Jersey and I know for a fact that my best friend had one in his front yard and we always got fruit off of it. Other then that I could'nt tell you too much more about it (try asking Jeeves).

Don't know how far north you are talking, but persimmons thrive in Illinois.
