Olink...that's the exact reason I've been hunting w/ the WB for 3 years....no springs and nothing to fail.....however, the WB is not as accurate as a drop-away plus you can't put the exagerated helical you can w/ a fall-away. I'm about 99% committed to using a drop-away but I just wanted some feed-back.

Two season on my Trophy Taker and no problems or even any close calls. Love it!

Good Luck!

RE: Has ANYONE had a drop-away fail while hunting??

I was concerned myself a couple of years ago, that's
when I started using a TT for the first time. After
100's of hours hunting turkey's and whitetails here
at home, and dragging my bow through the desert
in Arizona.....I can tell you it's plenty durable. I now
have TT Shakey Hunters on both my Pat & FX.

I can honestly tell you that if I did have a horror story
to tell about one of my rests.....they would not be
on my bows, they would be in the junk box[:'(]...:).
