YUP.... they repel women.[8D] When I lived in Georgia, every deer we shot we cut the glands off and used them as a cover scent for a week or so. I really don't know if it worked or not.... but we used them. We also saved the pee bladders and used them for a week or so.... especially if we shot a doe.

I have been hanging some over scrapes, but if the deer are't around they can't smell them. Does have tarsal glands too. I wish that I would have cut the ones off the doe that I got 2 weeks ago. I have not had any luck with them yet, but like I said, I have not had any deer walk by when I had them out. I would imagine that fresh ones are better, the ones that I am using are from last years buck( kept them in the freezer ).
