Pope and Young Rule Change

Im a member of the Pope and Young club and Just got a letter stateing that the rules have been changed on the maxium let-off that may be used. You can now use whatever let-off you want but if your buck was killed with a bow over 65% let-off it will have a star or astrisk by your name in the record book.
