HELP I can' t get my picture downloaded

Does someone have some advice to get the picture of my buck downloaded so all can see him???????????????????:(

I had that problem before too, it is usually one of three things: the file name has a character in it that is not recognized (like ' ( )!" ) or it is too big, or isn' t .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif, or .bmp
