I dont know about squirrels, but i was sitting in a buddies stand, and something had been chewing on the seat. well, i sat in it saturday and found a dead mouse in there.

i would sit there with a 12gauge and wait for the squirrel brave enough to chew on my seat.

The seat...Heck man, I' ve had them chew on the aluminum itself down in the wilds of West Virginia. I never had any Pennsylvania squirrels do this. Those Mountaineer deer must have some sharp teeth. Prior to this incident I didn' t think that West Virginia squirrels even had teeth...........

I use a black plastic garbage bag on my stands and so far they have not touch them and there nice and dry.
