Sweet, might have to hunt this fall.

Very very cool. We had one running around my woods for two seasons but no one saw it or got pictures of it last year so something happened to it.

I really hate seeing deer being looked at as simply targets. And no I am not a bunny huger, I just see wildlife as more than just a target.

It's the same as looking at an 8 pt and deciding to chase him all fall.

No different.

Boca, to me, a target is something that doesn't bleed or have a heart beat. Quarry that I hunt, have both, the targets I shoot are made of paper.

You're nitpicking at a word.

From Merriam Webster: a mark to shoot at, a goal to be achieved.

As is usual, there is more than one meaning of the word.

Many people have target bucks that they go after. Target weights that they work towards. Target amounts for their savings account, etc.

i would certainly Target that deer if it was in my woods. And you've probably targeted deer as well. Even if you call it something different.

I shot a doe in NC on a hunting lease that I had there that was half white.

White deer and piebald deer are genetic mutations and should be culled. Why some people think they should be protected is beyond me. I would definitely shoot this animal if I had the proper tag. Good luck.
