Default Real-time game video to iphone?

I'm searching all over and must not be doing it right. I want a simple camera that I can put on a tree and have live video to my smart phone. No network, or cellular or 3/4G or AC power. Something like a truck backup camera that streams to my iphone. Thinking I could have it watch trail or food plot while I am a short distance away. Or watching around a trail bend that I cannot see. Or even putting on the tree with me to see behind without turning around.

Does someone make something like this. I picture something like an Arlo camera that I could screw in and it would stream right to my phone.

Anyone know of something like that?

Thanks,

I know my friend puts in security systems that go directly to people's smart phones. Not sure if something like that would work for a game camera. I'm sure that there had to be some type of Internet connection to transfer the video though.
