That looks good. I like to do all my own taxidermy. I kept a portion of the hide from my Hawaii bull and now the Water Buffalo and will use that to cover the plaques. The water buffalo hide is over an inch thick in the area I kept.

On Sunday I put some of the Eurasian Boar roast and water buffalo brisket in the smoker. Later I will add the boar ribs to the smoker. Supper looks to be pretty good.

You have some nice neighbors, the Sandhills look a bit jumpy though. :biggrin: Was that fillet as good as it looked? How was the pork butt and brisket?

The euro mount for the water buffalo skull is coming along nicely. I do not have a pot large enough for such a big skull so Im using warm water maceration. Its a slow process.

I will be waiting to see it. You could make a primitive shovel with that shoulder blade.
