Ol Man climbing treestand question

When did Ol Man begin installing the spreader arms on their stands?

i think they just came out with them this year. they sale the spreader arms seperately so that you can put them on the older stands. i have an older vision and i think that i am going to buy them and put them on mine.

RE: Ol Man climbing treestand question

Smitty, the spreader arms install onto the seat part of the stand. If you are a big guy and have ever put the stand on a small tree the arms on the seat can cut into your sides. The spreader arms are supposed to prevent this. Check this out http://www.olmantreestands.com/olman...sories/sak.htm
