has any body got any thing yet in new york.. i got 1 small rack buck and a big doe... also any sign of pre- rut little early just wondering????

I' ve missed two does with the Rifle, seen one Buck with the Bow (Opening morning - Spike), other than that, About nothing, specially during Bow season!!! ITs Horrid! Im goin south here in a few weeks, should be VERY productive as the area i hunt is Absolutely LOADED with deer, including a ton of Shotter Bucks and Doe' s alike...i cant wait! :D:D

Passed up a small 6-point last friday, and saturday a doe came streaking by me, way to fast for a shot!! I' m off all next week, should be picking up right after Halloween!!;)

I took a fat doe with the bow and have gotten a 4pt and a doe with the rifle. (about 5 minutes apart) Nothing with the muzzleloader.

I' m 30 mi south of Rochester. I' ve been seeing deer, but no shots.
I haven' t been in the woods in 3 days, but the rut seems to be just starting (I hope). Saw a small buck and 2 doe road kills on my 15 mile ride to work this am.

I only have to work 2 days out of the rest of bow season so I' m pretty stoked right now.
