Default inserts

I just got a dozen arrows which I asked to be sent without the inserts attached so I could stuff them with foam(cuts down on sound ALOT). My question is how do I attach the inserts. I was sent a amber block of Bohning ferr-l-tite.
Any tips/ guidance would be appreciated. thanks

Default RE: inserts

The Easton Website has a program with detailed instrustions. http://www.eastonarchery.com .
You basically just heat the insert, melt the glue around the base of the insert, and press it into the shaft.
