ASAT problems
 

I know this thread is bound to attract Ausie-guy in a few seconds but I am going to say this anyway. No matter how good your product is, if you can' t ship it in a timely manner, you are going to make people mad. I ordered my ASAT a couple of weeks ago. It was on backorder. Fine. It was supposed to ship by now. I get a call today to inform me that it will be another 3 weeks before it ships [:o] Are you kidding me? What season is it? I will tell you waht season it is. Hunting season. So much for my Halloween costume[:' (]

I just tried to call Chuck but I dont think he is back from Colorado yet.

If you can either pm or email me your details I will look into it first thing tomorrow and try and get you some answers.

Better yet what size did you order?
If you ordered a large then email me your address and I will send you my 3d suit to use untill yours turns up then just return mine.

The nice woman that call me was named Karen. I know it isn' t her fault but I so wanted to just blame whoever was on the other end of the phone. It just wan' t something I wanted to hear. Seriously, I will not die or anything but I am bummed. Maybe it is because I ordewred a meduim. I would have ordered a small but they don' t sell one. Maybe I should just start eating more and order a large.

A buddy of mine brought a medium for his wife I will call him in the morning and see if I can borrow it and loan it to you till yours comes in.

But I will be checking with Chuck to find out whats going on as I am waiting for a shipment to come here as well.

I was on the understanding that they would have been ready last week.

Like I said thanks for the effort. I don' t need to take anyone' s camo. I can wait. I was just really hoping it would have at least shipped by now. I have not heard one person that owns ASAT complain about it. Oh well, sometimes poop happens. I am sure if they could ship them any faster they would. If you do find out anything from them please pass it along.




Smart Hunters buy their ASAT before season starts so they don' t have to whine about not having it.

Don' t feel bad. I ordered a 2XL leafy outfit from them last Tuesday and selected the " 2 day delivery" option. It did not arrive before the weekend and I had a message on the answering machine yesterday from Karen that they were currently out of stock on the 2XL' s and that it would be about 2 to 3 weeks before they could put together another order.

I am somewhat disappointed as well but I am going to give her a ring later today to see if I can just order an XL instead.

Thanks, PABowhntr. You just saved me a phone call. :D I was going to call today and see what the availability of a 2XL suit would be. I' m contemplating ordering one on Friday.

Sounds like they took all the profits from the last load and instead of buying more fabric... they bought hunts in Colorado.:(:eek:[:o] Someone should be tending to business and not so much getting trendy pictures of a kill with the camo pattern. As I understand the events that have transpired in the past couple weeks.... they' re out of small/regular, XL and XXL at least. Well, that doesn' t leave much. Northern you' re right, hunting season IS hunting season. If they can' t deliver the goods during the scheduled time frame within a reasonable time frame... I' d cancel the order. Who needs leafy camo when you' re watching March Madness?
