Help From PA Hunters

Couldn' t find this information online at the Game Comission website. I am going to be up in PA beginning of November and was trying to look into what an out of state license costs for archery. I found online that it' s $26 (is this right). But what I couldn' t find is, if having taken the hunter' s safety course in Missouri meets the requirements for the PA license. They told me when I took it last year that almost every state in the U.S. would honor it. Help!?

Before you can buy a archery stamp you have to buy a general out of state huntiung license. Did you know that??? I think the out of state general hunting license is 150.00 if it has not gone up in the past couple years.Then you buy the archery stamp for 26.
