I always used a 12' ladder stand in the past, but this year I graduated up to a 16'
ladder and am climbing up to 16-20' in my climber. It takes a little getting used to but eventually you will get comfortable with it, believe me I don' t like the heights at all but it doesn' t really bother me anymore.
