hunting in the rain

I have a new razortech and opening day here in NY there calling for rain and what I want to know is will it hurt my new $1000 investment to take it out in the rain. If not what precautions or steps to take to keep it in great condition? Thanks in advance.[8D]

I always wipe my bow down with a towel really well after it gets wet. Make sure to get all of the water out of the cams and also remember to dry your broadheads. If its going to rain make sure you have a well waxed string. I would let it air dry b4 putting it in a case but if you have to then I would put a rust inhibitor tab thing in there or something of that sort.

The bow will be fine, just wax the string.

I follow many of the practices thenuge15 pointed out. I' m like that way with all of my equipment. I like to protect my investments.
