Question for fellow ASAT 3D users
I was just wondering if the black shapes on your clothes looks a little dull? When I got my suit back in August, I washed it every chance I got for about 3 weeks to soften it and make the leaves " flutter" . One day I was putting it away and I noticed that it looked a little faded. I compared it with the ASAT headcover (which had never been washed) and they we' re identical.
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this. Tyler |
RE: Question for fellow ASAT 3D users
Yeah - I' ve noticed some degradation in the intensity of the black - however there is little in nature that is " Pure Black" . I don' t think that it matters.
BTW - Why would you NOT wash the headcover? Most of your heat/water vapor departs through your head. That heat/vapor is taking scents and smells with it and the smells are being deposited on your headcover.[:o] |
RE: Question for fellow ASAT 3D users
I just recieved my ASAT yesterday in the mail. I did wash it 2 times. It is now hanging in my tree out back. I have been pondering about this stuff for a while. I have seen soeme pics from fello memebers on here and that sold me. I took my suit to the archery range near me to meet my dad. I told him to put it on and go by the trees. I was 30 yds away and it looked awsome. I know it is not a pretty as Mossy Oak and Real Tree but I believe this will work awsome. I can not wait to use it in the wood for real.

b-bump-bump? :D
By the way, since I' ve been using the head cover it has been washed. Right after I got the suit I wasn' t planning on using the headcover. I think I' ll wait until it cools off a little, the bugs tore me up last time I wore it. Tyler |
