I bought some for mine thinking it might help locate a bolt that cost $10-15 dollars and has a $12 dollar broad head on it. My first deer I have shot it was nice to see the shot but the lighted part of the nock came off. The light and the clear cover were nowhere to be found. I found the bolt but now I am missing a $10.00 lighted nock.

Its more of a principal thing for me. I think they are over priced so I don't buy them. I need broad heads, I don't need a lighted nock

Certainly helps to find the arrow. I missed a buck two weeks ago on a deflection of a branch the size of my index finger. Was able to see the nock heading towards the ribcage then immediately angling up and to the right about 10 feet over his back. I was able to follow the arrow and find it later that morning. Next morning I watched the same nock go through the lungs of another buck, and the nock made it easy to find that arrow buried in some brush. So finding two arrows easily made up for the price of the 3 pack I bought.

I tried the three pack lighted nocks. One of the nocks had a tang break off from doing no more than nocking and un-nocking the arrow while hunting. I tried to get parts, hoping they sold replacement pieces. NOPE!
Shot a doe at a steep angle, it was a pass through shot. The deer kicked the arrow as she ran, of course this burried the nock under leaves. To date the illuminated nocks have not been beneficial.

They sure know how to price things...
for hunters.
And some hunters need about everything that's expensive.
Saved me a fortune by looking at all the goods available in a big box store, and realized I'd go hunting and fishing with a lot less stuff over my career.
Good luck to all buyers.
