What kind of fletchings does everyone use?

Feathers, 4" parabolic or 5" shield cut depending on arrow type and broadhead.

For those of you that shoot helical, what degree do you shoot? I' m getting a Jo Jan jig with a right clamp. I think I' m gonna go with PlastiFletch vanes at a 6 degree helical. I' ve head those fletchings are basically the same thing as duravanes and they have a special activator on the base that bonds easier and the shafts don' t have to be super clean.
