Hunting Property

I only have 90 acres to hunt now that my old neighbors both sold out, but here is my set up on this 90. I don't have to worry about this being sold out from under me because I own 50 of it and am purchasing the other 40 on contract. If my hunting years end this year, it will all be sold off, but I am going to still hunt it this year anyway. The light blue line going through is an old railroad right of way, the white line is a fence, and the red lines are the property lines. You will notice one camera and stand still outside the property lines and that is because the old neighbors negotiated that spot for me to hunt this year only. If I keep the land, I will have to move that stand before next year.

I wish I had that property in Iowa for both the hunting and just knowing that it should never lose it's value as an investment!

I could probably sell it to an out of state hunter and make more off of it than selling it in-state, but I would rather sell it, if I have to, to a local.
