RE: rattling
I thought it was alittle early now but I' ve had 3 differant freinds who have rattled in bucks (done a rattling sequence and within 2 minutes had a buck crash in on him). One of the guys has gotten to in and grunted two in. He has also witnessed 4 buck sparring matches/fights in the past week. This has all been in central Minnesota.
I have been out rattling 2 times with no luck. Then again I' ve never had luck doing it!!
Good Luck!

RE: rattling
I usually start rattling at the end of Oct. and rattle as much as I can. I have rattled in 3 different bucks last year (Nov. 1st), but couldn' t get a shot. I am a firm believer that rattling and grunting, when do at the right time, really works.
