RE: matthews bows
you are going to stir up a lot of sh*t. I love my mathews. I feel they are worth the money. I have a legacy. I have not had any problems with it. You won' t be disappointed if you decide to purchase one. They are extremely smooth to shoot. Hope this helps. P.S. you don' t have to spend a lot of money to get a good bow no matter which manufacturer you should decide to go with. Get what you feel makes you a confident shooter. Good luck and shoot straight.

they are good, whether they are worth the money depends on the shooter. You cant argue with success. Ive had a mathews and I loved it, I shoot a PSE right now, and I love it too. In my opinion, very few people can shoot better than ANY high end bow out there right now. What I mean is that its the indian not the bow.... its pretty much personal preference now a days. Try out several bows, find the one you like that fits the way you shoot. Get a bow that fits you so you dont have to adjust yourself to the bow. When I bought the bow I have now, I was dead set on another one, but after looking at several, I found the one that worked for me the best with the features I wanted the most. My next bow Im wanting an AR, but we ll see how that goes when we get there.

I have a mathews Q2 thats in it' s 4th season. Great bow very smooth and quiet. I' ve had no complaints with it yet. Though aftet this season I may look at getting a bow-tech to see what there like. Good luck in what ever you chose and get whatever feels good in your hand.

RE: matthews bows
I have looked at a lot of bows lately, including Mathews. I settled on a Parker. I think Mathews is a great bow. However, there are a lot of great bows out there. I do have an opinion (opinions are like rear ends---everybody has one!) Have you noticed that Mathews are doing a lot of advertising? They are running ads to detract openly from the Hoyt cam and a half. It seems like they are advertising in every bow magazine around. Well, since Mathews bows are a little more expensive than some others...I suspect the advertising costs are part of the reason. I have no interest in paying for such things.
