What would you do?
 

Okay here is the situation. You have one tag which would let you hunt one animal anywhere in North America. Where would you go and what would you hunt?

I'd hunt Kodiak brown bears. I'll never afford that hunt, so only in fantasy can I do it.

Only one tag!!! I think I'd shot myself. (just kidding) If I could hunt only one animal I think it would be Moose in Alaska. Lots of meat and I have never hunted them before.

Whitetails in Iowa, Kansas or anywhere that would give me a shot at monster.

But then again I couldn't bear not hunting in my little honey holes so I would probably sitting in one of the same trees I always hunt opening day.

It would be a coin toss between Stone sheep and Dall sheep. Location depends on which one won the coin toss. Dall would be the Brooks Range in Alaska. Stone would be in B.C.

Bowhunting for Elk in Montana. That would be awesome! Or maybe shirus moose. that would be cool. Or, caribou. Allthough 6ptsika has a good idea on kodiak brown bears. Yea, that would be my choice. lol

definately a unit 2 idaho moose tag. i hunt elk and deer every year but ive put in for this draw tag for every year since it started and no luck yet. but ive seen close to 60 inch bull

Either brown bear with a bow...

or mid-rut on my farm in WV with a bow. The second is a little less &quot;unique&quot; but would do fine!

Bighorn sheep. The location wouldn't matter. Just getting a tag would be great.

Moose in Alaska would be a close second.

I'm still entranced by the elusive Pennsylvania whitetail. Before I try to tackle something considerably bigger, I think I'll work on my whitetail skills some more. I would love the opportunity to shoot a doe.

Whitetails are my passion.... however, I've been shooting them with a bow for 31 years. I have taken at least one every year except one year I moved. I think with only one tag I'd like to try ELK. I've never done it and I hear the meat is the best. I've never had it and would just like to get one. Bull or cow.... it doesn't matter.

I would have to say mountain goats in Montana w/bow <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>. Those creatures amaze me and they are cool! And whats the Iowa,Kansas business,Nebraska is in the middle but you don't mention us! We have some darn big bucks here too.
