Yup Tazman, We went from 50º nights to it being 28º last night...brrrrrrr I havnt been in there for a good 4 days, but im thinking sunday looks good for up there...another possibility, my dad has been cutting wood on that land for the past week w/the land owner, so that mighta spooked em a lil bit! I appreciate all the Ideas and Stuff guys!!

i have noticed that jimimac, but i am still satisfied with the forum so far. It seems like you get a post veiwed 10+ times before anyone responds. I Would recomend givin the stad a break md. wed. morning i hunted here i saw 10, thismorning i saw zero.....not sure whats goin on. Maybe tom. morning will hold some deer, going to a diff place.

I would agree that you are over hunting the stand.



I would disagree though with the people on here not responding to new folks. The have been very helpful to me and I' m sure others. I think the biggest issue with responses is that it is or very close to hunting season and eveyone is busy with that

Another thought, If the bedding area is up hill from you, the early morning thermals, once the sun rises, will carry scent up hill an the air warms up. I think you may be in there too much. Go to your stand then, when you get down, leave, don' t walk around. Four days of that will make them dissappear.

well i went back tonight, first time since last week. Hear deer, but still havnt seen any...I dont know what' s up. My dad put in a Ladder stand just around the bend from mine, so im gonna take mine out, and hunt out of that one...only because you can see the whole logging trail then, and where they cross...hopefully :)
