Plain old 50lb block of salt,a little Lucky Buck and/or a Trophy Rock, the Deer love it around here.

We also do the Arm & Hammer Salt Lick,You dig up the ground in about a 2 or 3-foot circle and break up the ground finer with a shovel, take a box of Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda and pour 1/2 of it across the broken up ground/dirt,pour 20-30 lbs of rock salt on top then spread the rest of the remaining 1/2 box of A & H on top and let the rain work it into the ground over time and the Deer with constantly hit it.You can refresh the Lick every 3-4 months depending on how hard the Deer hit it and the amount of rain that breaks it down.

Be sure to check with Your local Game HLaws so You don't get into trouble? We are allowed to put out Salt and Minerals but no Corn or Grains during Hunting Season and all Corn/Grains have to be removed completely 10 days prior to Hunting Season!
